Kinetic Identity for Kwame Kilpatrick
Looking at how Kilpatrick puts himself before the needs of Detroit I developed a series of scratch off lotto cards, each one with prizes representing the 9 million dollars he took from the taxpayers. The system itself is a metaphor for the hope and letdown experienced before and after his terms.
